Cancellation Policy

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, I ASK FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS' NOTICE.

IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT 24-HOUR NOTICE, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CAN RESULT IN AN 80% CHARGE OF THE SERVICES YOU HAD BOOKED.

A GRACE PERIOD IS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE SO PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME A COUPLE MINUTES IS NO BIGGIE - EXAMPLE: IF YOU ARE 5 MINUTES LATE TO A BROW APPOINTMENT THAT IS BOOKED FOR 15 MINUTES IT IS VERY LIKELY I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOU WHEN YOU SHOW UP & YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT OPENING.

Your appointment times are reserved especially for you. When you miss or cancel an appointment with me last minute I not only lose your business, but also miss out on booking clients from my waitlist.
